Oil Prices Rise As Fears Of Mideast Unrest Grow

As goes the Middle-East so goes the oil prices. The price per barrel has reached above the $95.00 USD. Analyst see this as a trend that will continue for a while and might be a permanent way of life. Reports suggests, should this trend of civil unrest and shaky investor confidence continue we all may find ourselves dolling out five dollars or more per gallon for gasoline. With the increase in oil prices comes the domino effect, a sharp increase in transports, food and commodities.

These Are The Beginning of Our Sorrows?

Roughly five months ago Christchurch was hit by a 7.0+ magnitude earthquake. Recently Christchurch has been devastated by another massive quake with confirmed deaths approaching the hundreds with many more still reported missing. Could it be that Christ's Church needs to pay attention to the events unfolding in Christchurch? There is indeed a manifestation taking place.

Matthew 24:6-8 (King James Version)

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.- Jesus Christ

These articles and post are not meant to provoke fear and sorrow, rather these humble commentaries are meant to bring you to the understanding and trusting hope that we must prepare for the "change" that is upon us!

Happy Valentine's Day-Enjoy What Time You Have!!!

We are starting to see what will become a major piece of global history. Social and economic unrest unravelling government regimes in a matter of weeks. America take this time now to appreciate what time you have and those you love, for there may soon come a time when we won't be afforded the opportunity to cherish those things so readily.

*KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT IN TEHRAN!!!!!

While we take this day to express our commercial awareness of a guilt based system we call love, there are much more pressing concerns than that of a teddy bear ( I ordered the pajama gram) purchase. With the increase in protest throughout the Middle East, we're finding the new "regime" not falling far from the tree of the old regime. If the protest are to remove so-called "dictators", than why replace them with military leaders otherwise known as "dictators"? Accept it or not these upheavals will spread throughout the region and spark global uncertainty as unemployed, uninsured and sick and tired masses take to the streets in protest of this forced fed ideology of the haves and have nots. The people truly have the power but this power is only granted form one source and that is our creator. It is undeniable that as each region turns power over that a questionable at best state aligns in the ranks towards Israel.

Psalm 83

Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:
The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;
Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;
Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.
Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:
Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.
Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:
Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.
O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.
As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

The latter portions of last year heralded the onslaught of Christian persecution in the Middle East. With new leadership in place keep the fellow laborers of the faith in continual prayer.

Ephesians 6:10-18

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Outrageous..."Day of Rage"- Spreading Like Wildfire

Genesis 16 says:

"And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren." (verse 12)

Will the recent events in the Middle-east lead to greater acceptance of the ways of Islam?

The Muslim Brotherhood has left the world speculating what exactly the goal of the brotherhood is. On one hand we are to believe that there is no violence professed among the ranks, but on the other hand the Muslim Brotherhood's statements of no peace until Israel is destroyed contradict. Exactly what are all the Days of Rage about? This rage doesn't seemed provoked by the protesters who want equal opportunities but more so by the people claim to have the way of "peace". If the only answer after noonday prayer is to hurl molotov cocktails at your opposing protesters who haven't been violent with you, than it stands to reason the prayer has gone amiss. These are Muslims against fellow Muslims. There can be no mistake in the false hope that by requiring middle-east countries to comply to the order of Islamic Statism, known as a caliphate, somehow will bring order and justice and peace to the region. Why then would the Muslim Brotherhood, getting "absolutely free" 24-7 marketing through the mainstream media, be promoting Days of Rage for other parts of the middle-east? These actions have prompted the U.S. to issue a world-wide terror threat alert for all U.S. citizens!

"Curiousity Killed In Cairo"...What's going on?

Shifting from the label of "Million Man March" to the "March of Millions", from starting as a peaceful protest of the government regime, protesters including women and children, to a mob of armed thugs hailing molotov cocktails, the events unfolding in Egypt have attracted the attention of the world. Political upheaval in this region from a western point of view is synonymous with the Middle-East. However, the timing of these events along with a few other questions need to be addressed.

Everything is not always how it seems. The term Million Man March (MMM) was first used by the Hon. Louis Farrakhan to unite the men of an entire country and create awareness of the social injustice perpetrated by that very same government. The (MMM) was a planned event: regional event coordination, commercial transportation and even port-a-pot permits were obtained before the launch of this peaceful event. There are two major points to take away from the comparison of the 'Egypt Uprising' to the (MMM).
- The anti-Mubarak protesters where orderly and non-violent, with entire families participating in the march. The anti-Mubarak side also chose to label the protest as the Egyptian Million Man March indicating their intent on maintaining a peaceful protest. While violence has erupted due to clashes of the pro-Mubarak; anti-Mubarak crowds it seems as if the term Million Man March swiftly shifted to chants of 'Revolution'
- The global impact of the Million Man March has become both a fascinating and historical event to have been a part of. Min. Farrakhan had a vision, that by gathering a million peoples all on one accord with the same focus would create an undeniable force that could sway even the greatest of countries. This ideology has since been used, but not attributed properly.

When the violence erupted, the reports indicated that the pro-Mubarak protesters were targeting journalist and reporters. Why? The first move in staying covert is to stay off the camera. Removing all journalist and film crews off the scene should raise a red flag that these 'attacks' are possibly planned.

The Egyptian Army has sent extra armed personnel to the Suez canal. If this was supposed to be a peaceful protest why were the orders given before the 'march' began? Research the fall of Iran in 1979 you might find some similarities that will raise eyebrows and maybe the very  hair on your arms. Things that make you humm... for the last thirty years the U.S has provided at least one- billion dollars a year in aide to Mubarak led Egyptian government yet had no idea this could happen.

In 2001 the Muslim Brotherhood was to be "feared by all" and now to be accepted with open arms as the anti-Mubarak, El Baradei leads the charge in Cairo after flying from Vienna. Why is now the time for the 'brotherhood' to take charge. Anyone with an anti-Israel position is someone to keep an eye on.

Christians though horribly persecuted in Egypt are urged to keep this region and our world in prayer. Change is swiftly approaching and life as known will dramatically change.
