Eye On The Sky - Plans To Stop an Asteroid

It was a great plot line, an unlikely team of diverse backgrounds, takes on the most courageous mission known to man. They are to embark on a journey to space and save the planet from an asteroid hurling toward earth that would cause an Extinction Level Event (ELE)...wait I'm sorry did you say this was real?

The government releases a psa about an event that will turn your life upside down, not to mention NASA sends an email to its employees, that goes viral, warning of being prepared for likely disaster. Also try this on for size of you don't think you're being warned: Elenin (backwards)= Nine eleven = 9/11, the scientist who discovered the comet Leonid Elenin. Flooding Causing A Major Disaster - Future Devastation not Realized

The economic consequences propelled by the Mid-west flooding have yet to be fully realized. Those with resources, may have the means to relocate, however for all life must change.



Undoubtedly consumers can anticipate a drastic rise in cost for energy. This will be most noticed in the petroleum markets. With oil refineries in jeopardy fuel cost will soar as domestic production is all but completely halted. Many are going to have to find alternative sources of transportation, food and shelter. Those who are unfortunately relying on government based assistance will find it difficult to get help as the budget crisis still hasn't melted away. The facts are what is important. Fact, the United States is engaged in active 'kinetic' military operations in: Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya costing the American tax-payer billions. Fact, most Americans can't afford basic health care and one of seven Americans receive food stamps, costing the tax-payer billions. Fact, the home mortgage collapse of 2008 isn't finished and will only be followed by rising cost of commodities. Fact, millions of acres of farmland have been destroyed due to the recent weather, reducing the availability of domestic food sources. Fact, if you don't prepare for action, you and your family will be left at the mercy of your government to save you. What hasn't been discussed is the aftermath of flooding. Main logistical highways and rail are under water. Goods can't be transported without transportation. A new wave of famine can ensue if preparedness is not a focus of the masses. The lingering water of the "mighty" Mississippi river will most likely become the largest breeding ground for mosquitoes, a known carrier of viruses and other pestilences. Finally a Fact of Facts, if you will, all the extra water weight surrounding the Mississippi is creating enormous pressure on the New Madrid seismic zone.

The European Common Union (ECU) is composed of almost 30 countries. Thirty countries!!! Not only does the ECU have a common sovereign rule but a common currency known as the Euro. With impeding financial collapse of so many interlinked systems, the argument will be raised to unify the economies of this world, as we all are global citizens and should be able to operate more effectively as such. With a global currency exchange there will need to be a common global regulating authority. All regulating authorities are governments by any other name at the end. Now lets suppose that this global government decides that paper currency is just too unreliable, it can be stolen or destroyed and if you’re a bit forgetful like me then sometimes you leave your wallet behind. The next best solution, ever heard the saying “you’d lose your head if it weren’t attached to you”, the same applies here. Implanting small tracking devices into living creatures is nothing new.

One in four Germans wants microchip under skin: Poll

The survey, by German IT industry lobby group BITKOM, was intended to show how the division between real life and the virtual world is increasingly coming down, one of the main themes of the CeBIT trade fair that kicks off Tuesday.
In all, 23 percent of around 1,000 respondents in the survey said they would be prepared to have a chip inserted under their skin "for certain benefits."

Around one in six (16 percent) said they would wear an implant to allow emergency services to rescue them more quickly in the event of a fire or accident.

And five percent of people said they would be prepared to have an implant to make their shopping go more smoothly.

But 72 percent said they would not "under any circumstances" allow electronics in their body.

The results appeared to surprise even the high-tech sector. "This is of course an extreme example of how far people can imagine networks going," said BITKOM chief August-Wilhelm Scheer. The CeBIT, the world's biggest high-tech fair, throws its doors open to the public on Tuesday, with Spain, the current EU president, this year's guest of honour.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero were due to speak later Monday in an official opening ceremony before touring the exhibition early Tuesday.

A total of 4,157 firms from 68 countries are to unveil their latest gadgets, a decline of three percent on last year as many high-tech firms stay away amid strong competition from other events.
