We are starting to see what will become a major piece of global history. Social and economic unrest unravelling government regimes in a matter of weeks. America take this time now to appreciate what time you have and those you love, for there may soon come a time when we won't be afforded the opportunity to cherish those things so readily.
*KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT IN TEHRAN!!!!!
While we take this day to express our commercial awareness of a guilt based system we call love, there are much more pressing concerns than that of a teddy bear ( I ordered the pajama gram) purchase. With the increase in protest throughout the Middle East, we're finding the new "regime" not falling far from the tree of the old regime. If the protest are to remove so-called "dictators", than why replace them with military leaders otherwise known as "dictators"? Accept it or not these upheavals will spread throughout the region and spark global uncertainty as unemployed, uninsured and sick and tired masses take to the streets in protest of this forced fed ideology of the haves and have nots. The people truly have the power but this power is only granted form one source and that is our creator. It is undeniable that as each region turns power over that a questionable at best state aligns in the ranks towards Israel.
Psalm 83
Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:
The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;
Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;
Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.
Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:
Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.
Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:
Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.
O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.
As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
The latter portions of last year heralded the onslaught of Christian persecution in the Middle East. With new leadership in place keep the fellow laborers of the faith in continual prayer.
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
